BEGINNERS CLASSES
Mon - Thurs 10am - 1:30pm
Mon -Thurs 6:15pm - 8:45pm
Fri - 10am - 1pm
Sat - 10am - 1pm
Sundays - OPEN MAT
FILM/MATCH REVIEW
Classes and ring sessions will have reviews of matches and training sessions to further develop the tools needed.
OPEN MAT FOR TRAINED WRESTLERS
Trained wrestlers are able to sharpen their skills in any class, as well as open ring sessions 7 days a week.
